Description
The Riley sofa, designed by Hannes Peer, stands out for its sinuous geometry and refined aesthetics, characteristic of Minotti. The low metal base raises the solid volume of the seat, while discreet vertical stitching refines the backrest and armrests. A distinctive detail is the leather upholstery, in a contrasting or matching color, which follows the line of the backrest and armrests and forms a subtle decorative cut. The sofa offers two seating depths for additional comfort and a dynamic play of volumes. Additional cushions with an internal aluminum structure are shaped as desired and serve as headrests. Riley is a combination of architectural rigor and soft comfort, with pronounced couture details.
The Riley sofa's structure is made of plywood, with a seat covered in high-density polyurethane foam and steel pocket springs that ensure comfort and durability. The armrests and backrest are also made of polyurethane foam of different densities, adapted to couture upholstery with subtle vertical stitching and leather trim along the entire edge. The cushions are filled with goose feathers and polyurethane foam and secured with a zipper for stability. The covers are completely removable. The base is metal, available in Black chrome or bronze finishes.
