Delivery
Domus et cetera d.o.o. primarily delivers products through its partner DPD for parcel goods, and bulky packages through other partners.
Package delivery costs are calculated per ordered item according to the price list. If the purchase item is an oversized item, the customer will receive a special delivery offer.
When the customer selects the home delivery option, the ordered products are delivered to the driveway entrance within 15-90 working days, depending on the product. The delivery time is approximate and not binding for the seller, and delivery conditions beyond the seller's control may be suspended. The entrance approach must be clear, otherwise, delivery is made to the nearest point where unloading is possible. Delivery is carried out throughout Croatia and certain EU countries.
Products will be packaged and protected so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The customer is obliged to receive and inspect the shipment in front of the delivery person, all to avoid subsequent complaints due to the possibility of shipment damage during delivery, and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damage. The customer is obliged to sign the delivery note upon receipt of the goods and state all delivery-related comments (package damage, shortage, etc.) on the delivery note and then hand it over to the delivery person, who will take it as confirmation of delivery/receipt.
If the customer does not receive the product or refuses to receive the product without a valid reason, Domus et cetera d.o.o. reserves the right to demand compensation for handling, transport, and other possible costs.
In the event of the inability to deliver properly to the customer's address specified by the customer, the customer bears the costs of redelivery to the same or another address, depending on the information the customer provides to the seller during the order delivery check.
The customer can also pick up the products at the point of sale, in which case the ordered products can be picked up when the payment is registered and when the customer receives a notification that the order is ready for pickup.
