OFFICE DESK LINHA STUDIO

Description
The Linha Studio desk, designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan in 2020, showcases the evolution of the dining table concept. Available in five sizes, it caters to various needs, from a suite or home office desk to larger options suitable for an office environment.
The desk features a sculptural frame that creates a large bridged area, with the top lying flush against the sides. It includes two drawers positioned on the left, enhancing its functionality. The name "Linha," meaning "line" in Portuguese, reflects the challenge of crafting a desk with a slender frame, featuring a top that is only 16 mm thick and ranges from 180 to 250 cm in length.
Visually, the Linha Studio desk is extremely light and airy, embodying the minimalism that characterizes the designs of Kogan and his studio, MK27. The focus has always been on achieving proportions that convey elegance.
The entire frame is finished in a rich Golden Brown, while the top and front of the drawers are crafted from Dark Brown stained Santos palisander, finished with a matte polyester lacquer. This wood adds an interesting texture, infusing the design with personality. Additionally, the tabletop includes a cable hole compartment, which can accommodate a storage tray made of Golden Brown varnished metal. This tray features internal partitions and a backdrop in Dark Brown saddle-hide, conveniently positioned near the drawers.
